Quiet and surrounded by pure nature, our house is situated in the picturesque Echerntal.
A gorgeous landscape with fascinating natural wonders such as wild mountain streams, waterfalls and rock pools and the lake Hallstättersee, which seems to be like a Fjord,  are going to welcome you.
But also the picturesque town of Hallstatt with its museum, salt mine, monuments or the charnel-house offers with several  events (concerts, exhibitions, Corpus Christi procession on the lake,...) a cultural variety as you can find it hardly anywhere else.
Not to forget of course the Dachstein cave world, numerous museums in the neighbourhood or still living traditions.
